To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI outputs
  • You should verify important information independently
  • Investment decisions should be made after consulting with professionals

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AqarIntel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools, but grant us a license to:

  • Store and display your content within the Service
  • Use anonymized data to improve our AI models
  • Generate aggregated market insights

7. Payment Terms

For paid features:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Property data will be completely accurate or up-to-date
  • AI recommendations will meet your specific needs
  • Market predictions will be accurate

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESTATE GUIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AqarIntel, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Failure to pay applicable fees
  • Extended period of inactivity

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
